Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• What you enter when sending a booking request: name, phone number, email and notes, together with the apartment, check-in/check-out dates and number of guests you choose.
• What you send through the contact form: your name, how to reach you and your message.
• When you tap the call / Zalo buttons on the website, we only record the channel and the time - nothing that identifies you.
• The website has no member accounts and takes no online payments, so we do not collect passwords, card numbers or bank details.

2. How we use it

• To handle your booking request: check availability, contact you to confirm the booking and share arrival information.
• To answer questions you send through the contact form, phone or Zalo.
• To meet legal obligations such as guest registration with local authorities.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Information is shared only as far as necessary:

• With the provider of our booking management software and hosting, which processes data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• With competent authorities when required by law.

4. Cookies & visit statistics

The website only uses a necessary cookie to remember your language. Visits are counted in aggregate, without tracking cookies, and are not used to identify you.

5. Storage & security

Data is kept in our booking management system, accessible only to the people handling bookings, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

6. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw your consent (except for what the law requires us to keep). Please contact us using the details below.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated; the version published on this page is the one in effect.
